A human resources company has a current position open for a Telecommute Business Consultant Lead Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Supporting the Change Management senior consultant in the realization of communication deliverables
• Contributing to the realization of training document and e-learning modules design support
• Contributing in the Knowledge Management development of the practice

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel 25% of the time
• 5-10 years in HR consulting
• Knowledge of HR processes
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• Microsoft office skills, PPT and other presentation tools
