Job Summary
has a current position open for a Telecommute Business Development Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Clearly articulating our compelling value proposition in a client-focused context
- Cold calling, prospecting and performing lead generation activity to develop a solid pipeline of sales opportunities in retail, restaurant, financial, and hospitality businesses
- Developing subject matter expertise in each of the various customer experience management solutions for clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- Overnight travel will be required for sales presentations and prospective client meetings
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 3 to 5 years experience in direct, outside sales experience
- Proficiency in consultative selling and service with a demonstrated track record of closing new sales
- Highly effective project management skills and demonstrated ability to work within matrixed organizations
- Proficiency in the use and application of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and sales contact software
