Job Summary
An employment agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Business Development Full Desk Recruiter in Salt Lake City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Generating client business through your own leads
- Negotiating fee agreements
- Negotiating rates and scheduling interviews
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to perform industry minimums cold calls/day
- Current/Prior experience in business development for new accounts or within existing accounts
- Current/Prior experience in recruiting & business development and working directly with end clients, enjoys working both sides of the desk (5+ years)
- Experience doing cold calls to both clients and candidates
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking/Sales Systems
- All other requirements listed by the company
