Job Summary

A leading provider of IT and Finance staffing is seeking a Telecommute Business Development Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting full life-cycle recruiting desk
  • Generating client business through your own leads
  • Negotiating fee agreements, presenting resumes and negotiating rates

Qualifications Include:

  • Current/Prior experience in recruiting & business development and working directly with end clients
  • Current/Prior experience in business development for new accounts or within existing accounts
  • Experience doing cold calls to both clients and candidates
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking/Sales Systems
  • Experience using sourcing tools, such as Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn
  • All other technical requirements necessary to fulfill this position
