Job Summary

A financial institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Business Development Sales Manager in Columbia.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying and signing new B2B/B2C merchant business
  • Selling other applicable products with the goal of growing merchant coverage
  • Establishing a prioritized action plan for each target

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing an effective "pipeline" of quality targets
  • Strong B2B/B2C sales skills with a minimum of 5 years customer-facing outside sales experience
  • Recent experience working under a sales quota incentive plan
  • Confident and skilled at gaining access to decision makers
  • Extensive cold calling, prospecting and pipeline management experience
