A staffing company is in need of a Telecommute Business Development Sales Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Scheduling demos for the Account Executives while operating consistently
- Making every experience connecting with a new or existing customer memorable and authentic
- Generating new leads by leveraging your existing professional networks
Position Requirements Include:
- Attending popular industry events
- Strong knowledge of HR Tech industry; tools and enterprise systems
- Confident and calm phone presence
- 1-5 years' recruiting, agency or RPO experience
- Capable of handling high volume phone calls and emails involving strategic and creative outreach methods
