Job Summary

A technology provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Business Development Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and create key performance indicators
  • Identify and design process and operational improvement opportunities
  • Produce regular executive reports and supporting metrics

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel at least 15% to 30%
  • 5 years of experience in operational leadership / process management roles
  • 5+ years program management and / or analytics experience working on large and complex projects
  • 5+ years of process management/improvement in multiple areas of business need
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in designing and implementing dashboards / scorecards
  • Experience in design and change leadership and strong written and verbal skills
