Job Summary
An automotive business development strategy provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Business Development Talent Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Identify and engage talent matching desired skill set using sourcing techniques
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings and phone interviews
- Maintain candidate database via our Applicant Tracking System
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar position
- 1-3 years’ experience recruiting within the automotive industry/call center
- Exceptional communication, interviewing, and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience using sourcing techniques
- Highly proficient with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail, and effective time-management skills
