Job Summary
A provider of health services has a current position open for a Telecommute Business Execution Associate Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze defects, identify systemic flaws and drive effective, permanent resolutions
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of all defects
- Support development of operational improvements to achieve zero defects
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Undergraduate degree with 5+ years of healthcare industry experience
- 5+ years of experience identifying defects and process variances
- 5+ years of experience creating comprehensive Testing strategy to continually, proactively identify potential defects
- Experience building relationships
- Experience working collaboratively in large, complex matrixed environments to deliver business value
- Experience serving as the liaison between Business and Technical teams Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office
