Job Summary

A real estate company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Business Intelligence Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Develop technology requirements and conceptual solutions to meet business objectives
  • Partner with data owners to understand business requirements and common reporting/analysis use cases
  • Work with technical and business teams to define appropriate technical solutions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Information Technology or related field
  • Ability to extrapolates data and forecast the trending of performance data
  • Ability to interact with all level external and internal clients
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, vlook-up, and cell calculations) and Sharepoint
