Job Summary
A financial technology and registered bank holding company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Business Intelligence Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Defining and developing reporting and analytical needs for the Customer Self-Service/ Automaton team
- Performing in-depth analysis and qualitatively explaining findings to internal stakeholders
- Creating dashboards and analysis for internal stakeholders to drive efficiency and uncover opportunities
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or financial discipline
- Proficiency writing SQL and working with large data sets
- Experience developing dashboards using business intelligence or reporting tools
- Strong expertise utilizing advanced functions in spreadsheet, database and data extraction software
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to communicate ideas effectively and concisely to all levels of Management
