Job Summary

A legal service provider is seeking a Telecommute Business Litigation Attorney in Portland.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Providing analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks
• Consulting on all legal processes involved with the project including research, drafting motions, and other general litigation duties
• Taking charge on all phases of several litigation projects

Position Requirements Include:

• Semi-Remote
• Must be actively licensed and in good standing with OR Bar
• Seven or more years of litigation experience
• JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree and LLM
• Able to conduct factual investigations
• Familiarity with Landlord/Tenant work
