An insurance technology company is in need of a Telecommute Business Operations Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develops solutions through root-cause analysis of complex issues
  • Monitors suspense to meet SLA's
  • Reconciles, approves, and facilitates commission statements and payments

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must be able to travel to our NY and Springfield MA offices as needed
  • 3 years of experience in financial operations for insurance products or related field
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently
