Job Summary

A telecommunications testing company is in need of a Telecommute Business Operations Director.

Must be able to:

  • Coordinate and manage value stream mapping exercises
  • Develop and track effectiveness of lead scoring methodologies
  • Develop amd track effectiveness of key product campaigns and initiatives

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance; or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 15 years relevant experience with at least five of those years having experience in leading operational team(s)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Proficient with SalesForce.com (custom reporting & dashboarding)
  • Previous direct experience driving strategic campaigns
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
