Job Summary

A computer software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Business Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with regional Sales, Delivery and Delivery Excellence leaders and teams
  • Validating Sales rep commissions and participate in regional quota/compensation modeling
  • Owning and managing all regional forecast analysis, development and submission

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability and willingness to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of sales and revenue forecasting processes and approaches
  • Broad knowledge of Professional Services and the processes, challenges and business context associated with PS
  • 5-10 years of relevant professional experience
