Job Summary

A business services company is seeking a Telecommute Business Outbound Provider Services Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Contact referring physicians' offices, members and imaging providers
  • Document every outreach call with appropriate actions and notes
  • Make outbound calls to members to support our Scheduling Program

Qualifications Include:

  • HSD or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience
  • Experience with computer and keyboard use while talking and typing (minimum 35 WPM) simultaneously
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to assume responsibility for self-development and career progression
