Telecommute Business Outbound Provider Services Coordinator
Job Summary
A business services company is seeking a Telecommute Business Outbound Provider Services Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Contact referring physicians' offices, members and imaging providers
- Document every outreach call with appropriate actions and notes
- Make outbound calls to members to support our Scheduling Program
Qualifications Include:
- HSD or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Experience with computer and keyboard use while talking and typing (minimum 35 WPM) simultaneously
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to assume responsibility for self-development and career progression
