Job Summary
A software and information technology business has a current position open for a Telecommute Business Process Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining the operational processes and procedures for the Professional Services Business
- Engaging with internal customers in all regions to understand business process challenges
- Leading the periodic review of existing processes to identify and implement efficiencies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration, or equivalent
- Typically 4-6 years of experience in a business related function, preferably operations or finance
- Project Management skills
- Advanced communication skills
- Strong knowledge and skills with business applications
- Ability to work as both a member and leader of a team
