Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Create, control and improve end-to-end business processes
• Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
• Document and update changes to workflow, policies and procedures

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience with business analysis and process improvement
• 1+ years of experience in working in Financial Protection Supplement Health
• 1+ years of experience in Solutions Business Manager (SBM) system
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics and recommending business solutions based off of data
