Job Summary
A biopharmaceutical company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Business Process and Performance Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing assistance on training
- Providing assistance on system deployments and/or enhancements
- Providing assistance on process development and documentation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- B.A./B.S. in the life sciences, computer science, information technology, business administration or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines while delivering high quality work in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient written and verbal communication
- Ability to identify issues for escalation routing appropriately
