Job Summary

A customer engagement company has a current position open for a Telecommute Business Process Outsourcing Solutions Architect.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing program timelines, resources and costs for solutioning
  • Responding to RFP and other opportunity related requests
  • Facilitating consistent messaging, quality of proposals, and additional sales documentation

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • 3 years of relevant sales or sales support and/or consulting experience
  • BA / BS Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
  • Direct BPO or call center related experience
  • Experience with leading external sales or project efforts, including client facing activities
