Job Summary
An education company is filling a position for a Telecommute Business Process Review and Redesign Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting clients in re-imagining, re-designing, and implementing streamlined processes and procedures
- Improving the overall constituent experience and institutional effectiveness
- Facilitating client leaders to front line staff in evaluating current and designing future state processes with the constituents at the center
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 7 years related experience with demonstrated experience in the higher education environment
- Advanced degree or related experience
- 5 years experience leading, managing or directing functional areas of an organization and/or with ERP implementation
- Solid leadership skills, including facilitating diverse groups
- Demonstration of superior communication skills and the ability to provide a consultative approach to end clients
