Job Summary

A digital banking company is filling a position for a Telecommute Business Relationship Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing all components of the relationship with key customers
  • Establishing, developing, maintaining and growing existing relationships with its customers and their clients
  • Assisting with the elimination of barriers to the successful delivery of service levels, products, services, and financial growth

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years’ experience in relationship management
  • 5+ years or equivalent experience in servicing banks and financial institutions
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 suite, Salesforce and LinkedIn
  • Demonstrated financial and technology acumen
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
