Job Summary
An information technology solutions company is seeking a Telecommute Business Relationship Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as an interface point with our customers both internal and external and provides feedback on service delivery in the “voice” of our customer
- Actively supporting service delivery through collaboration with our customer leadership to evaluate the value received from company's IT services
- Serving as an intake and delivery focal point for feedback on services provided and set expectation for service adjustments and/or wider scope in the near term
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of business management related experience
- 5+ years of strategic experience in the business relationship management function
- 5+ years of experience facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects, based on management objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business/Finance or a related field
- Ability to develop long-range improvement strategies to support business strategy with business partners
- Ability to ensure project and initiative progress, including consistent and effective communication
