Job Summary
A business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Business Service Call Center Representative.
Must be able to:
- Support one of our dedicated accounts
- Handle inbound calls, email, or chat support for a single account
- Gather and verify the caller's information and document inside the appropriate system
Required Skills:
- Previous Call Center experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Experience in a high call volume environment
- Basic Technical Support Experience
- Ability to deal with upset customers and deescalate the situation
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems with your computer
