Job Summary

A business services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Business Service Capital Equipment Category Manager.

Must be able to:

• Identify, engage and align with internal stakeholders
• Monitor and mitigate supplier risk including financial, capacity, quality and compliance
• Deliver category productivity through price, value analysis (VA) or continuous improvement projects

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of procurement / sourcing experience with large-scale, complex, and/or regional/global categories
• Success in assessing, negotiating and managing vendors
• Professional communication; both verbal and written
• Ability to identify, engage and align with internal stakeholders
• Ability to monitor and mitigate supplier risk including financial, capacity, quality and compliance
