Job Summary
A business services company specializing in customer relationship management is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Business Service Customer Experience Agent.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
- Escalating calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
- Stellar customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong listening/comprehension skills
