A business services company is in need of a Telecommute Business Services Customer Service Representative .
Must be able to:
- Answer inbound customer service calls
- Respond to emails from customers
- Document details of customer interactions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to type 30 WPM or more
- Solid computer skills, including typing and navigation
- Ability to navigate multiple systems, programs and screens simultaneously
- Ability to type and talk at the same time
- Ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers
