Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Lead, train, and empower the operation of the Sales department
- Work to identify strengths and weaknesses in respective team members & coach appropriately
- Provide superior sales expertise with excellent phone skills

- 5+ years of selling and closing.
- Outstanding speaking and listening skills

- Comfortable using scheduling programs and entering information into computer databases
