Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Telecommute Business Software Platform Development Director.

Must be able to:

• Build strong relationships with other leaders
• Analyze and prioritize requirements and manage expectations from internal and external customers
• Coach and mentor managers and other software development professionals

Qualifications Include:

• 7 - 10 years of progressive experience in software product development
• A proven track record of building cloud-based, enterprise products
• You enjoy stepping up to challenges of bringing creative, scalable solutions to critical business problems
• You have experience recruiting, building, coaching, mentoring, and managing high performing technical teams
• You can confidently build networks and nurture relationships with senior and executive stakeholders
