Job Summary
A benefits administration solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Business Solution Technical Team Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure team is executing on implementation
- Provide oversight and drive delivery of key areas in the event client escalations or concerns
- Lead meetings with team members to communicate business initiatives and review deliverables
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS degree
- 5 years experience working with HRIS, benefits, and carrier systems
- Experience with benefits technology and healthcare
- Highly motivated, confident, energetic and must possess a positive attitude
- Ability to drive design discussions and collaborative sessions with teams and stakeholders, helping to generate concepts
- Ability to be resourceful and a creative problem solver
