Job Summary

A benefits administration solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Business Solution Technical Team Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure team is executing on implementation
  • Provide oversight and drive delivery of key areas in the event client escalations or concerns
  • Lead meetings with team members to communicate business initiatives and review deliverables

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BS degree
  • 5 years experience working with HRIS, benefits, and carrier systems
  • Experience with benefits technology and healthcare
  • Highly motivated, confident, energetic and must possess a positive attitude
  • Ability to drive design discussions and collaborative sessions with teams and stakeholders, helping to generate concepts
  • Ability to be resourceful and a creative problem solver
