Job Summary

A business solutions company has an open position for a Telecommute Business Solutions Customer Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Communicating with customers to ensure that the forecasts that are received are timely
  • Leading negotiations with customers for pricing and/or contractual changes
  • Ensuring that meeting goals are communicated to the appropriate people

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Frequent travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated 50%)
  • Five (5) years of related experience is required
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
  • Able to make sound, logical and reasonable decisions with minimal guidance
  • Able to apply solution selling knowledge and capabilities
  • Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing is required
