A computer software company has an open position for a Telecommute Business Strategy and Transformation Senior Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working with Analytics and reporting central teams to ensure Digital requirements are met
• Owning identified KPIs and present on performance and get to green plans
• Using data-driven decisions to define and optimize Customer Success coverage

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology industry across strategic planning
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver results in transformational projects or programs
• In depth knowledge of SaaS post sales deployment and customer success models
• Broad business perspective, allowing for the effective integration of the business functions
• Understanding of Digital Customer Experience ecosystem and partners
