Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Business Systems Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Be responsible for various system functions
• Troubleshoot websites, applications, and user access issues
• Document incident items and escalate as necessary

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's and 2+ years experience in business analysis, processes,etc or other directly related experience
• Requires solid analytical, organizational, trouble shooting and problem solution skills
• Working knowledge of business systems and applications, incident and change management, project and systems management
• Ability to elicit, gather and analysis data
• Solid presentation and technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written
