Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Business Systems Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Participating within an Agile framework across a matrix environment
• Participating in reporting transformation as part of United Strategic Platform migrations
• Assisting with setting team direction, resolving problems, and providing both assistance and guidance to team members

Qualifications Include:

• 4+ years SQL experience working with SQL Server and T-SQL
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years navigating reporting databases/data warehouses
• 3+ years of developing reports in Tableau, PowerBI or other data visualization tools
• 3+ years leading and organizing projects following Agile Best Practices
• 3+ years proven experience capturing requirements and documenting system/process changes
