Job Summary

A staffing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Business Systems Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Collaborate in planning, design, and development of new applications and enhancements to existing applications
• Create, maintain, and manage business process, requirements and design specifications documentation
• Meet with product owners and end users to define business and operational requirements

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience in IT Business Systems Analyst role
• 5+ years in an Agile Business Systems Analyst position
• Experience facilitating meetings and application training for large groups
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to use proven problem-solving approaches
• Excellent organizational, leadership, decision making and communication skills (i.e., verbal, written, presentation)
