A staffing and recruitment agency is seeking a Telecommute Business Trainer 2 in Rancho Dominguez.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Improve repair capabilities through monitoring status of training by each business unit
- Strengthen customer service capabilities and techniques by building training plans
- Provide the optimum customer services through trainings
Skills and Requirements Include:
- This role is currently 100% remote and may switch back to office environment when COVID-19 ramps down
- Typically requires minimum 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Or 3 years and a Master's degree
- Or a PhD without experience
