Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Telecommute Business Value Manager.
Must be able to:
- Align customer and internal stakeholders on the main sources of value that a prospective customer will receive
- Conduct quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and help manage trials to demonstrate value at scale through a deployment
- Consult with customers on best practices in change management, technology implementation, customer experience & other topics
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years experience in management consulting, IT consulting, value engineering, and/or business operations
- Proven ability to build deep and empathetic working relationships with customers/clients
- High aptitude for complex problem solving utilizing modeling & analysis, including advanced Excel & Powerpoint skills
