Job Summary
An emergency services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Buyer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist with negotiating contracts, pricing, making purchases, and establishing service agreements
- Derive savings via volume, recurring, and pre-negotiated arrangements
- Assist with developing relevant purchasing and logistics SOPs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Up to 10% travel
- Strong technology skills including MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Associates degree or higher
- 3-5 years of purchasing experience
- Ability to work well with a diverse and remote leadership team
- Extremely organized and able to prioritize
