A cable operator is in need of a Telecommute Cable Inbound Sales Specialist in Colorado Springs.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Following all established processes and procedures
• Accurately assessing individual customer needs
• Fielding inbound calls and making outbound calls with customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to read and interpret documents
• Able to present sophisticated information on the telephone to customers clearly and expertly
• Able to detail customer interactions in writing
• Use persuasive techniques effectively to overcome objections
