Interior design group looking to create a relationship and hire a freelancer for ongoing design projects. Client specializes in branding + design for interior commercial and healthcare spaces
Seeking proficiencies in the following programs, skills + tasks:
- Auto CAD Drafting for Interior Design Finish Plans
- Millwork Elevations + Detailing
- Furniture Layouts + Specifications (FF+E)
- 3D renderings (a plus)
- Adobe photoshop + illustrator (with branding background a plus)
--We use a project management software, called Monday.com. Very simple to use, communicate deliverables + update status of project.
More details on programs/tools:
--The finish packages include Finish Schedule, Room Schedules, Wall Finish Plans, Floor Finish Plans, Elevations/Feature Millwork, Material Estimate Plans + Furniture plans. We can provide our base template for schedules + title blocks.
--For furniture packages, we will supply the manufacturer's, line and upholstery/finish specs but would require furniture layout plans with appropriate CAD symbols, furniture codes, qtys. We would provide our spreadsheet for furniture specifications to be completed and correlated with the plans.
More details on the projects:
--Creating full scale wall graphic concepts to coordinate with the interiors is a service they provide. Photoshop and Illustrator would be used to create graphics as per direction provided.
--Projects range between 2,000-75,000 sq ft and the scope is always different which is why we would like to establish an ongoing relationship.
-- 3D Renderings are not something they currently offer in-house but think this would be a great addition to our offerings if that is a skill set the candidate can offer.
This is a collaborative team and will be providing direction as per selected finishes, furnishings and aesthetics.
