Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute California Licensed Employment Attorney.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Advising and counseling on a variety of labor and employment matters
  • Designing and conducting training for Human Resources and people managers
  • Representing the company in litigation, arbitration, and administrative actions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • JD degree and current license to practice in California
  • 8+ years experience as a practicing attorney
  • 3+ years of employment law experience
  • Significant employment litigation experience
  • Strong substantive knowledge of US federal and California state employment law
  • Significant counseling experience in law firms and/or large multi-national corporations
