Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute California Licensed Employment Attorney.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Advising and counseling on a variety of labor and employment matters
- Designing and conducting training for Human Resources and people managers
- Representing the company in litigation, arbitration, and administrative actions
Qualifications for this position include:
- JD degree and current license to practice in California
- 8+ years experience as a practicing attorney
- 3+ years of employment law experience
- Significant employment litigation experience
- Strong substantive knowledge of US federal and California state employment law
- Significant counseling experience in law firms and/or large multi-national corporations
