Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company is in need of a Telecommute California Licensed Pharmacist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Coordinate operational processes with specialty pharmacy vendors
Monitor new drug approvals, drug launches and pipeline drugs (specialty and biosimilars)
Support Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee (P&T) meetings

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

California State Pharmacy License and Pharm.D
Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy
3+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy practice
Ability to maintain ongoing competence level on utilization management policies and training
Ability to monitor new drug approvals, drug launches and pipeline drugs (specialty and biosimilars)
Ability to coordinate operational processes with specialty pharmacy vendors
