Job Summary

A provider of therapy and telehealth services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute California Licensed Therapist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Establish initial rapport with clients online in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner.
• Use evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Manage a full-time caseload of 30+ clients by providing individual, couple, and group counseling

Skills and Requirements Include:

• A current LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D., a California license holder
• 2 years of post-licensure experience
• Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
• Working knowledge of mental illnesses and disorders as described in the DSM-V
• Working knowledge of evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT
• Working knowledge of biopsychosocial assessments and crisis intervention and reporting obligations
