Job Summary

A healthcare decision support and concierge company has a current position open for a Telecommute Call Center Behavioral Health Benefits Navigator in Phoenix.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming, outgoing, email and chat communication within a call center environment
  • Assist participants in navigating their employer benefit suite
  • Build effective rapport with customer vendor partners

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Excellent telephone manner and skills
  • 3 years of customer service experience
  • 1 year of telephonic/call center experience in a behavioral health environment
  • Experience with navigating employer health benefits
  • Dedicated to providing high quality, professional, customer service
