A healthcare decision support and concierge company has a current position open for a Telecommute Call Center Behavioral Health Benefits Navigator in Phoenix.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle incoming, outgoing, email and chat communication within a call center environment
- Assist participants in navigating their employer benefit suite
- Build effective rapport with customer vendor partners
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent telephone manner and skills
- 3 years of customer service experience
- 1 year of telephonic/call center experience in a behavioral health environment
- Experience with navigating employer health benefits
- Dedicated to providing high quality, professional, customer service
- Enthusiastic, must enjoy working independently and in a team environment
