Job Summary

A contact center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Call Center Collector in Jacksonville.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide consumer credit assistance
• Meet key performance indicators as outlined by management
• Read disclosures verbatim each time they are needed

Position Requirements Include:

• Credit assistance/collections experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a commitment to exceptional customer service
• Must have the ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with the customer
• Must demonstrate negotiation and persuasion skills
