Job Summary
A customer relationship management is in need of a Telecommute Call Center Customer Service Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
- Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
- Ability to use phone and computer systems
- Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude
