Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Call Center Customer Service Specialist in Phoenix.
Must be able to:
- Receive inbound phone calls regarding products, services, billing, and general account inquires
- Make 20-25 outbound calls to patients requiring resupply of sleep therapy products
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints while attempting to troubleshoot
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be able to train onsite in Phoenix for one day and be available for future Quarterly meetings
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, sales, or other related fields
- High School Diploma required
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
