Job Summary

A call center has an open position for a Telecommute Call Center Customer Support Representative in Atlanta.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Thinking of rebuttals and overcoming objections
  • Fielding incoming calls of people interested in rideshare driving
  • Walking people through the application process

Position Requirements Include:

  • Comfortable with and driven to meet and exceed goals and metrics
  • Able to follow scripts and toggle between various programs
  • Able to navigate through technical challenges on the phone with the job seeker
  • Have strong listening skills, professional telephone manner and ability to deal tactfully with callers in a fast paced call center environment
  • 35 WPM minimum keyboarding required
  • Able to talk on the phone while on the computer for long periods of time
