Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute Call Center Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring the proper routing of calls to specialists
- Providing managers with requested information in a timely manner
- Completing call logs and call reporting
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma and 5+ years of experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- PC and high speed Internet
- Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office Suite, E-Mail clients, MS Active Directory
- Ability to effectively document (e.g. User Guides, Admin Guides, IT procedures)
