Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Call Center Nurse Practitioner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional primary care via telemedicine visits for routine and acute issues
- Complete care coordination with other providers, specialists, testing facilities, agencies along with phone triage outreach
- Patient education alongside company promotional activites
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must have an active, non-probationary, Nurse Practitioner state license
- 2 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner involving Adult Primary Care, Emergency Department, ICU, or Med / Surg
- Understands HCC documentation, ICD-10 Coding, and Health Risk Assessments
